Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Nurse at SIAG, under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), is responsible for supporting and coordinating clinical research activities while ensuring protocol compliance, participant safety, and ethical conduct. This role also involves active participation in patient care when required and coordination across multiple hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide clinical care and follow-up for enrolled patients.
• Ensure protocol compliance with thorough documentation. • Screen and assess patient eligibility for studies.
• Perform clinical procedures (vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy).
• Administer investigational drugs, monitor adverse events, and report to PI.
• Educate patients on study procedures, medications, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate medical and research records.
• Adhere to GCP guidelines and institutional protocols.
• Manage study files, source documents, and data entry.
• Coordinate investigational product accountability with pharmacy.
• Ensure patient and data confidentiality.
• Support clinical departments (OPD, Endoscopy, wards) as needed.
• Conduct patient follow-up via visits or calls; manage study hotline.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, CSSD, endoscopy, nursing, and medical staff.
Qualification:
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Nursing Valid PNC registration. Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; research experience a plus.
